Green Tea Diet Health Benefits

While a cup of green tea, I thought, “I wonder who else is drunk right now”? I took the question on Twitter and Facebook and got some quick answers.

“I have a few cups a day because it’s good for me.”

“I drink one days in the morning.”

“It tastes good and is good for you, and that’s why I drink two cups a day.”

What attracted twist my mind thinking about why people drink in general. The additional mass media darling, the celebrities, because the health of various rose shows that it can make you lose weight.

I wonder if there is nothing to this thing green tea diet, all of which seem to be so confident on it.
